We are very proud to announce that we have been awarded a SME instrument (Phase 1) grant by the European Commission. These projects are in line with the efforts of the European Commission to find “Europe’s next innovation leaders”.

SME Instrument

We were funded under the topic of Open Disruptive Innovation Scheme topic of the program. Our project is codenamed SDN-Polygraph and descriptively titled “Cloud-based Visibility Service for Software Defined Networks”. This grant gives us a definite impulse to our long-term vision for providing network visibility in the SDN-centric near future.

Under this call, 2363 SMEs applied for Phase 1 projects, and only 259 were selected for funding, which brings the acceptance ratio down to 10,9%.

In words of the European Commission, who decided to fund our project, we are “among the companies with the most innovative ideas in the world”.

How cool is that?

On a related note, we are looking for early adopters for our SDN-centric network visibility solution. If you are interested, please contact us at contact@talaia.io.
